This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and has no forms. It does not ask you for any personal information. Like any website, the service that hosts it (Microsoft Azure) records technical details of each visit, such as your internet address and browser, to deliver the pages and keep the service secure; we do not use those records to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we keep what you tell us, such as your name, contact details and what you asked about, to answer you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell it, and we share it only with those who help us provide our services (for example our email provider) or where the law requires.

Our work

When we fly for you, images and data captured on the job are handled as agreed with you for that job, and kept securely.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or complain about how we have handled it, by writing to info@remoteflight.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
